600 V dimmable power IC for CFLs
Our high voltage power IC UBA2028 drives and controls electronically ballasted compact fluorescent lamps(CFLs). The IC includes MOST(Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Transistor) half bridge power circuit, dimming, oscillator, current control and timer functions, lamp voltage monitor, and protections.
