600 V driver IC for fluorescent lamps
Our high voltage power IC UBA2014 drives and controls electronically ballasted compact fluorescent lamps (CFLs), with mains voltage up to 227 V (RMS). The IC includes MOST half bridge power circuit, dimming, oscillator, current control and timer functions, lamp voltage monitor, and protections.
