PBSS4630PA is one of 14 transistors in new leadless, 2*2 mm SOT1061 package with the industry's lowest height of 0.65 mm. It enables ultra-low situration voltage of 210 mV at 6A, equivalent to an RCEsat of only 35 mOhm: a performance similar to a product in SOT89, but on a 75% reduced footprint.
